Waynesboro: Help Ike victims

The Blacksburg-based Spirit FM is teaming up with God’s Pit Crew in Danville to collect items for victims of the devastating Hurricane Ike on Friday in front of Foster’s Grille in Martin’s Plaza in Waynesboro.

Collections will be taken from noon-7 p.m. Friday.

Those wishing to donate are encouraged to drop off bottled water and cash donations in particular.
