It’s more intuitive. That’s the first thing that you’ll notice about the new-look AugustaFreePress.com.
The front page is now neatly divided into 12 distinct sections that give you easy access to our most recent news items and items that fall under a diverse group of headers including Virginia and U.S. Government and Politics, Sports, Arts and Culture, Opinions and Observations and more.
The top of the page offers a look at the most recent news items under the header appropriately labeled The Latest, with stories of special interest highlighted with a picture and a blurb that will give you an idea of what’s inside and links to other story items beneath those top items.
The other section headers are similarly laid out - giving you a glimpse of what’s going on across a wide spectrum of walks of life in the Central Shenandoah Valley, Central Virginia, the United States and the world at large.
Give the new-look AFP a test drive and let us know what you think.
