Chris and host Coy Barefoot discussed the news that Tim Kaine is a top contender for the 2008 Democratic Party vice-presidential nomination and the impact that a Kaine vice presidency would have on Virginia politics.

They also talked about congressional inaction on high oil and gas prices and Chris’ story in the AFP this week on the renaissance of U.S.-based manufacturing.
