		<description>Lets implement some old and newer technology.  in 1987 a 72-mpg vehicle could be purchased, in 2005 a 104-mpg vehicle could be purchased. Unfortunately ,these vehicles could be purchased in Europe, not here.  On my web page www.byronwine.com, in #13-V, are video of six automobiles fueled with the components of water.  Documentation for the  72-mpg and 104-mpg vehicles is also on my web page.  We don&#039;t have an energy crisis, we have a political crisis.</description>
