Big Read event on schedule at county library

New York Times bestselling author Charles J. Shields will speak at the Augusta County Library Friday night as part of The Big Read.
Shields is the author of Mockingbird: A Portrait of Harper Lee.
Lee’s To Kill A Mockingbird is the focus of this year’s Big Read.
Shields’ talk will begin at 7 p.m. at the main library branch in Fishersville.
