Isn’t it true that Waynesboro’s existing enterprise zone program expired because the city forgot to file that paperwork to renew it?

Chris, where can I go to get the exact definition of the Waynesboro zones? I have two reasons for asking: 1) Vector is strongly considering an expansion and I would like to know if we can become eligible for any of this funding (It appears that we are NOT in the zone). and 2) Joep Pasternostre of Bloomaker is considering building a refrigerated unit and production facility and I am talking with him about it on Wednesday.
