You say it tells the tker to make assumptions but it just sets you up in a pattern of European = Good and then reverses it so that African = Good. Taking a speed test does not allow the brain to change a pattern, nor does it validate whether you assume anything about the race of the person in the pictures. If there were no race title given when you labeled the pictures Good and Bad, then you could say this test is valid. But this test shows nothing more than what the creator, consciously or subconsciously, wanted it to. I do not believe this test.
