karen.jpgGov. Tim Kaine will be in Winchester Thursday to campaign for 27th Senate District Democratic Party nominee Karen Schultz.
Kaine and Schultz will make a joint appearance at Shenandoah University – where Schultz is a professor and the head of the service-learning program at the SU School of Pharmacy.
The event will begin at 4 p.m.
